Vendor/Concession Agreement

By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:

1. Set-up may begin no earlier than the Thursday prior to the event and must be completed by Friday at 5:00 PM.

2. Each concession space includes 20 feet of frontage.  If your booth includes a trailer, please indicate this on your application.

3. Food vendor applications must be submitted at least 15 days before the event to be considered.

4. Utilities: Electricity is first-come, first served. Vendors will be provided a single 110v outlet.  Vendors must bring a 300-foot extension cord.  Electricity will be provided for no other purpose than concession booths. Note: Water will be available, but there are no running water hookups for food carts.

5. Vendors agree to defend at their own expense, and hold harmless the Nez Perce Wallowa Homeland, its staff, committees, and volunteers, from any liability or damages rising from their operation, and agree to abide by all terms of this agreement while on the Nez Perce Wallowa Homeland grounds in Wallowa, Oregon.

6. Vendors are responsible for securing all required state and local permits and licenses pertaining to their operation. All permits must be current and valid during the event.  State vendor permits are required of all vendors coming from applicable states. Food vendors must have a valid handler’s permit and are required for all food service workers. Tribal permits are accepted.

7. The Tamkaliks Committee reserves the right to prohibit sales or the display of goods deemed inappropriate for the celebration.

8. No weapons, toy replicas, or related items (knives, throwing stars, etc.) shall be sold to minors. Firearms are not allowed anywhere on the event grounds.

9. Pets must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after.

10. If unable to attend after application is submitted, the vendor must inform the Nez Perce Wallowa Homeland promptly via phone or e-mail (info@wallowanezperce.org)

11. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the event.

12. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in forfeiture of vending privileges.

To maintain quality and variety, we may limit the number of food vendors.  If we reach capacity, a wait list will be created, and vendors will be notified of any openings. We will provide monthly updates (January-June) to all applicants to share event news, waitlist status, and important deadlines.

We aim to include a wide range of offerings including breakfast offerings and traditional foods.  Vendors in specific categories will apply.
