For many years, families and individuals have supported Tamkaliks by sponsoring specific dances, drum sessions, and youth activities. Some of these sponsorships have been carried forward by the same families year after year and are an important part of the gathering.

To continue honoring these relationships while also making sponsorship more accessible, we offer two ways to support: General Community Sponsorships and Sponsor a Dance.

We also invite businesses and other organizations to support Tamkaliks through a corporate sponsorship.

General Community Sponsorships

General sponsorships support the overall success of the Tamkaliks Celebration, including youth activities, drum groups, emcee support, sanitation, and shared event costs. These funds are directed where they are most needed.

Sponsor a Dance

Sponsor a Dance (Submit Request)
Dance prize sponsorships help fund awards presented to dancers in specific categories.

If you are interested in sponsoring a particular dance or prize, you may indicate your preference through the form. However, some categories may already be supported by families with an established history of sponsorship. Priority will be given to those families when applicable, and all requests will be reviewed and confirmed by our team before being finalized.

If you have previously sponsored a dance and would like to continue, we encourage you to contact us directly.

Corporate & Major Sponsors

Businesses and organizations are also invited to support the Tamkaliks Celebration through larger sponsorships that help sustain the event and its cultural programming. 

Corporate sponsors will be recognized in event materials, on signage, and on the Tamkaliks webpage. Businesses interested in supporting a specific part of the celebration are also welcome to contact us to discuss custom sponsorship opportunities.
